Job Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care by developing comprehensive nursing care plans that address all significant needs and problems identified through assessment. Supervise and direct LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, unit secretaries, and other clinical/clerical associates as assigned. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication. Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments, setting priorities based on patient acuity and needs. Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to promote safe and therapeutic care. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies. Act as a role model and preceptor for new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork. Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 6-12 months of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit. RN License in state of employment or compact. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
