In this role, you will build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service, one interaction at a time, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic service center environment. You will assist advisors through a mix of inbound and outbound calls related to common topics such as new accounts, transaction status, money movement, transfer of account, retirement services, and various other essential account maintenance components that help the advisor succeed in their day-to-day business.
