Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, communicate effectively, and resolve issues promptly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patients' responses, and report any adverse reactions. Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on disease management, self-care, and health promotion. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Education/Skills: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment or compact. BSN degree preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
