What You’ll Do

As a Medication Aide, you’ll be a vital part of the medical team, working closely with nurses and providers to ensure every patient receives the right medication, at the right time, in the right way.

You will:

• Prepare and administer medications according to schedule

• Follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration with precision

• Collect and record patient vital signs

• Maintain accurate, confidential medical documentation

• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care

Location: Douglas County Jail – Wisconsin
Position: Full-Time Medication Aide
Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotation: Alternating weekends
