About the Role:
The Clinical Department Leader oversees the operational management of a clinical department, ensuring high-quality patient care and nursing services. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide and support staff in providing exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver safe and effective patient care.
Maintain a culture of excellence, promoting professionalism and continuous learning among staff.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Current RN license in good standing; current BLS certification required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
Varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Exposure to infectious diseases and other health hazards.
Ability to respond to emergencies and crisis situations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease.
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Long periods of standing and walking.
