Duties: Fulfill competency requirements: leader, team player, or subject matter expert. Provide individualized care by applying the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for designated patients. Address increasing complexity of patient and family needs. Prescribe and administer medications and treatments; monitor effects and efficacy. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, symptoms, treatments, and care provided. Evaluate educational needs and offer instruction to patients, families, and caregivers; identify gaps and available resources. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred. One year of experience in relevant nursing field preferred. Current CPR certification. State RN license or compact reciprocal agreement.
