We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to assist in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials. This role manages small to mid-sized studies and supports larger, complex programs by coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport cross-functional study execution teams to drive successful clinical trial deliveryProvide strategic guidance and oversight to study teams, proactively resolving operational challenges and risksManage study timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure trials meet quality, cost, and schedule expectationsOversee CROs and external vendors to ensure performance aligns with contractual and operational requirementsSupport study feasibility, including patient enrollment strategies, site selection, and data collection planningContribute to protocol development and ensure study execution aligns with program objectivesImplement risk mitigation strategies to support successful trial outcomesQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of clinical research experience, including clinical trial managementDemonstrated experience managing and executing clinical studiesStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ICH guidelines and GCPExperience overseeing CROs and external vendorsProven ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with late-phase clinical trials (Phase 2b or Phase 3)Experience managing global clinical trials and supporting regional regulatory submissionsThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical trials and contribute to advancing innovative therapies.Additional InformationDeciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $129,000 - $194,000.
