Job Summary: The Registered Nurse Lead oversees day-to-day nursing personnel activities in patient care units, providing direction to Clinical Staff and coordinating activities with other departments. Key Responsibilities: Meet the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Organize patient care delivery during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations. Coach/counsel team members, provide feedback on performance, and address training needs. Document daily records, maintaining compliance with governmental policies. Provide direction and support to nursing staff, demonstrating respect for patients' dignity and rights. Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing required. 5-7 years of clinical experience preferred. 2 years of leadership/management experience preferred. RN licensure in state of employment required. BLS certification required. Work Arrangement: PRN, Per Diem As Needed
