As a skilled clinician, you will practice independently and demonstrate an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. You will provide routine and complex care with the ability to plan for long-range goals or plans. You will continue to develop your ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing, making appropriate assignments and delegating to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
