Intensive Care Unit Nurse Opportunity This position is for a skilled and compassionate RN who will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Critical Care unit. Key Responsibilities: Provides routine and complex care to critically ill patients, including administering medications, performing diagnostic procedures, and monitoring patient responses. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote seamless transitions between departments. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes. Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and overall experience. Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years combined experience in Critical Care and another specialty (e.g., Medsurg, Telemetry, IMC or Emergency). 5 years of experience preferred. Current BLS, ACLS, and RN license in the state of employment or compact required. PALS and NRP certifications as required by relevant authorities.
