The Conyngham Primary Health Care Center is an affiliate of Children's Service Center

Purpose of this Position: 

This CRNP provides primary care services that includes assessing and managing patients in the Conyngham Primary Health Care setting. You will follow established standards and practices of the primary health care center (PHCC). The nurse practitioner must honor the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Nurse Practitioner guidelines and ethical commitment. All communication to include privacy and security of patient protected health information must always be exercised.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate expertise in relevant medical practices, protocol, trends, and best practices in clinical areas assigned 
• Ability to manage responsibilities and emergency situations successfully
• Proficiency in use of computers, software, and office equipment

Qualifications:

• Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania by the State of Pennsylvania as both a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
• Valid DEA
• Must also be licensed by the State of PA for a CRNP Prescriptive Authority
• Must have completed an accredited Board-approved masters or post-master's degree nurse practitioner program or other Board approved program that awarded an advanced degree or course of study considered by the Board to be equivalent to that required for certification in PA at the time the course was completed. 
• Current CPR. ACLS
