The schedule will be Monday-Friday 3p-11p Medstar Health is looking for  a  CT  Technologist   to join  our  team !   We are looking for   a  registered CT Technologist with exce llent commun ication skills.
The CT  Technologist  will make a difference on our team by performing diagnostic medical radiographic. Apply today and learn how MedStar Health can be your next  great career  move! P rimary Duties : Acquires  ordered images including evaluating these images for tec hnical quality. Sends images to  appropriate destinations  for interpretation.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas. Reports any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions. Maintains CT and other equipment in efficient operating order.  Performs preventative maintenance regularly.
Obtains patient history, answers patient questions, and explains procedures .  Transports patients to radiographic room and prepares and  maintains  room.
Performs radiographic examinations.  Prepares   written  documentation such  as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requests and orders  supplies .
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED .
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology ( ARRT) in the State of Maryland and CT certification
Basic Life Support (BLS).
Associate  degree  preferred.
This position has a hiring range of $38.48 - $62.52
