Culinary Expert & Nutrition Professional As a seasoned culinary expert and nutrition professional, you will play a vital role in crafting the dining experience for seniors at our esteemed facility. Your expertise will enable us to provide delicious and healthy meals that cater to the diverse needs of our guests. Key Responsibilities: Oversee food purchases and supplies to ensure adequate coverage for each meal. Provide guidance on diet planning, menu formulation, and food preparation and service. Ensure meals are nutritious, palatable, and consistently prepared according to menus and diet orders. Interview guests and family members to gather diet history information. Complete the dietary portion of the clinical record accurately and on time. Participate in regular department head meetings and interdisciplinary care plan conferences. To succeed in this role, you must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and have Serve Safe certification. A Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics is also required. One to two years of management or supervisory experience is preferred but not necessary.
