Job Description:
We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences to millions of customers across the country.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home technology
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services when helpful
Maintain a clean work area and demonstrate a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License: Clean record required
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability:
Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
Lift up to 70 lbs
Meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease
