Caregiver - Assisted Living Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Caregiver. As a certified nursing assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This includes assisting with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living, reviewing and understanding the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift, and taking and documenting vital statistics. Your responsibilities may also include answering call lights, escorting residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms, preparing the dining room, taking orders, and serving meals in our memory care setting, and performing medication assistance as directed by a licensed staff member. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have completed a state-certified CNA or NAC course, and hold current certification in the state of Washington. A Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable, as is current enrollment in a CNA training school. You should also be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don't already have one.
