Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals : Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Requirements: Education and Licensure : Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where practicing. Experience : A minimum of one year experience preferred, but less may be acceptable with approval based on prior experience. Special Considerations : Medicare home health experience a plus.
