We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Partnership Specialist to foster strong relationships between our organization and contracted provider networks serving diverse communities. This role demands building robust client connections to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care to our members. You will collaborate with providers to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and develop targeted solutions to address any issues that may arise. Serve as primary liaison for providers, facilitating communication between them and our organization Triage provider concerns and resolve them in collaboration with internal stakeholders Respond effectively to external provider-related inquiries Investigate, resolve, and communicate provider claim issues and changes Initiate data entry of provider demographic information updates Educate providers on policies and procedures related to referrals, claims submission, website usage, and EDI solicitations Develop and conduct provider orientations and ongoing education, including writing and updating training materials Monitor network performance for assigned territory through consultative/account management approach Evaluate provider performance and develop strategic plans to improve performance metrics Promote provider performance improvement in areas such as risk management, quality, cost, and utilization Complete special projects as assigned Able to travel locally 4 days a week Perform other duties as required
