Holistic, Value Based Care | Low Patient Census | Transformative Outcomes Why Work at AbsoluteCare? AbsoluteCare serves some of the most vulnerable individuals—people with complex, chronic conditions who often rely on emergency rooms for basic care. We transform that experience by bringing them into a comprehensive, member centered care model rooted in dignity and access. We provide “care beyond medicine” through an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, and medical assistants who have the time and resources to understand and address members’ needs. Essential services such as pharmacy, labs, imaging, nutrition, and urgent care are available under one roof. Our work extends into the community to remove barriers to care and reach those who need us most. Everything we do is guided by our core values of accountability, caring, trust, and teamwork—ACT2.
