Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care and support to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities: Visit clients in designated areas, conducting thorough assessments and implementing effective treatment plans. Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions as needed. Evaluate client progress, revising the treatment plan as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide education and instruction to clients and their representatives on essential skills for independent living and health management. Document all client interactions, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art electronic record system. Qualifications: A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license. Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving and computer skills, with prior experience using electronic medical records preferred.
