Job Opportunity Specialty: Occupational Therapy Discipline: Rehabilitation Services The ideal candidate will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with a current Maryland license. Prior home care experience is preferred but not required. A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist is also required. Key Responsibilities: Make regular visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional status. Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes. Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.
