Home Health RN Contract Details:

• $1,611 - $1,760 per week*
• 8-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses in Albuquerque, New Mexico with 1 year of recent OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider. Requirements:

• OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current New Mexico RN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
