Job Summary: This position offers a unique opportunity to provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in various settings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with providers, patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors to deliver high-quality care. This role is available in Oregon and/or southwest Washington. Key Responsibilities: Educational requirements must be met to ensure certification, licensure, or registration are up-to-date. Oregon Registered Nurse License is required upon hire. Washington Registered Nurse License is also required upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment. Licenses are required in states where care is delivered upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute hospital care, infusion, or home health is preferred.
