HVAC Lead Installer

Minimum 5 years of ductwork experience required. 

Looking for an experienced duct installer to install ductwork in residential new construction homes for a fast-growing HVAC company! We are one of many branches of ACS looking for someone to join our team!

Pay Range: Piece Pay by Job - Very Competitive! Annual projection 55-65K Easily can be more as it is piece pay! You decide what you want to earn by how many jobs you would like to do!

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a good 3 year driving record

• 5 Years of duct experience

• Reliable and Professional

• Responsible for installing product and equipment ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform installation of residential HVAC equipment, duct systems, air quality systems.

Qualifications: 

• Uses a variety of hand tools to install equipment.

• Uses power tools.

• Capable of dealing with builders / superintendents and following directions of RNC job site foreman.

• Maintains vehicle cleanliness, condition and inventory.

• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.

• Keeps current on all manufacturers products concerning installation and operation.

• Accepts accountability on installations and perform quality control repairs as needed.
