**Clinical Care Leader Job Opportunity**
Clinical Manager Position The Clinical Manager is responsible for leading clinical services in Women's Services. They work closely with the Director and Medical Staff leadership to develop, implement, and maintain clinical programs that enhance quality of care and achieve high patient and provider satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities: Manage and lead clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Medical Staff leadership to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and families.
Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments to ensure excellent patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent experience.
Registered Nurse (R.N.) license with current certification in area of expertise.
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in women's services or Pediatrics.
At least 2 years of progressive management experience.
Working Conditions: The Clinical Manager works in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment. The role requires the ability to speak, listen, develop, and communicate written materials. Working hours vary, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies.
