Location: Framingham, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 56 per hourWe're looking for a passionate and skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on creating innovative learning solutions for Leadership Development, Manager Essentials, and other core competencies.You'll be responsible for designing and developing a wide range of learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and facilitator guides. This is a hands-on position where you'll collaborate with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn business needs into engaging, effective training. You should be a creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects from start to finish, from initial needs analysis to using data to evaluate and improve your designs.This role is required to be onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Responsibilities:Design and develop creative, learning solutions in multiple modalities that may include: synchronous/asynchronous remote trainings, ILT, blended learning, interactive e-learning modules, micro videos, device learning, job aids, certifications, and facilitator guides with a focus on Leadership Development, Manager Essentials and Leadership Competencies.Regularly revise, update, or enhance current training content and learning assets to reflect content changes and business needs.Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally to design and develop content that translates identified business needs into various consumable learning solutions.Conduct needs analysis with stakeholders to define instructional objectives, business learning outcomes, and the overall learning requirements of the audience.Enthusiastically dive into exploring ambiguous learning topics and demonstrate resourcefulness and curiosity to come up with creative solutions.Contribute to the development and implementation of new learning models and content design templates.Understand the importance of using various metrics to drive instructional strategy and use data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve learning content.Take a strategic vision and content and create a storyboard design to bring the vision to life, gaining feedback.Develop solutions in multiple modalities to enhance the learning and the learner experience.Organize and prioritize work, manage projects to a timeline, and provide regular status updates.Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from scope to evaluation.This is an individual contributor role and is responsible for partnering and collaborating globally, accounting for geographic nuances and incorporating feedback into designs.Qualifications:BA/BS degree with emphasis on instructional design, graphic design and/or instructional technology or education related discipline.Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in instructional design, instructional technology and development/tech communications.Expert skills in Articulate 360 suite, Adobe Creative Cloud.Video production as it relates to learning and professional development.Strong communication skills.Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Ability to impart technical knowledge to a wide variety of audiences.Proven understanding of instructional design and learning theory.Understands the balance between learning theory and practical knowledge.Keen eye for design & color.High comfort level with technology and ability to quickly learn and utilize new software applicationsAbility to effectively organize work, prioritize and manage time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong individual leadership skills, demonstrated through work ethic and professionalism, proactively taking initiative and offering solutions to challenges whenever possible.Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.Familiarity with SCORM, online learning, learning technology, instructional, graphics, and/or web design or development skills using various tools/software (HTML, Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond or similar); as well as LMS platform.Familiarity using audio and visual editing tools (Final Cut, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Camtasia, Audacity, Premiere, Photoshop, GIMP, SnagIt, Well Said Labs, etc. or similar).JOBID: 1098577#LI-CELLA#LI-MM3#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
