Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Hospice Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Local Contract NOW HIRING!! Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with a minimum of 1 year recent hospice or home health experience! These are in-home or Facility per diem positions for a nationally recognized hospice company in the following FL Counties: Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Suwannee, Union.
LPN Pay Rate: Up to $24 hour
Specialty: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hospice
Shifts: 8a-8p & 8p-8a shifts available
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education and Experience Requirements:
A degree from an accredited school of Nursing
An active FL State or compact LPN License
1+ years’ full-time Hospice, Home Health, or LTC experience as an LPN
Additional certifications may be required
