• Travel to individual residences and long-term care facilities to provide wound care.
• Utilize advanced techniques including UltraMist Wands and skin grafts (fish skin, placenta, and lab-grown).
• Focus on delivering high-quality care predominantly in long-term care settings, accounting for 90% of patient interactions.
• Operate EMR system WoundExpert to document and manage patient care efficiently.

• Required certification: Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing (WOCN)
• Must possess hands-on experience with wound care.
• NPs with advanced wound care capabilities, particularly those experienced with UltraMist Wands and various skin graft techniques, will be given preference.
