Locum Anesthesiologist in Vermont

Schedule: 7a to 5 pm with occasional overflow, Monday - Friday (2-4 weeks per month)

Responsibilities

• General anesthesia and patient monitoring
• Intubation, IV placement, spinal/epidural (rare for post-op pain)
• Arterial and central line placement
• Occasional non-OR procedures (interventional radiology, electrophysiology, and endoscopy)
• Supervision of anesthesia residents (CA-1 to CA-3) and collaboration with CRNAs/AA mid-levels

Qualifications

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible (BC/BE)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Experience with general anesthesia procedures
• Collegial, team-oriented work style
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
