• 1:4 weeknight and weekend call rotation
• 30 - 50 cases daily for whole department
• Focused on ortho, OB, and regional/epidural procedures
• EP ablations can extend 4+ hours per case
• OB-heavy caseload including VBAC
• Minimum availability of 2+ weeks per month required
• GI cases primarily with MAC sedation
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
