• Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days and Nights Available)

• Trauma Level: III
• Annual ED Volume: 24,440
• Number of ED Beds: 21
• Fast Track Beds: 6
• Admission Rate: 10.8%
• Transfers: 1.5%
• ICU Beds: 14 (Open ICU)
• EMR System: Paragon
• Radiology Reads: Physicians read many of their own X-rays
• CT/Ultrasound: CT in-house, Ultrasound on-call at night
• MRI: On-call at night
• Helicopter Service: Airlift Northwest, Life Flight

Shift Coverage & Responsibilities:

• Physician Shifts: 12-hour shifts (day and night coverage)
• Physician Responsibilities:
• Supervise APPs
• Respond to floor codes and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform bedside ultrasound
• Manage emergent and trauma patients

Provider Requirements:

• Board Certification:
• ABEM Preferred
• ABIM or ABFM accepted with significant EM experience
