Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician Job Specialty: Emergency Medicine Job Duration: 12 months Shift: Day - 8x5 - 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Board Certified/Board Prepared in Emergency Medicine License: Must be licensed to practice medicine Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: Willingness to travel outside of the Orlando area if local Job Description: - Seeking emergency medicine physicians who are board certified or board prepared with the necessary licenses and certifications. - Join a team providing comprehensive emergency services with facilities that include a dedicated cardiac/respiratory resuscitation room. - Work in an environment equipped with a full hospital lab and diagnostic imaging services, including X-ray, CT scan, and ultrasound. - Collaborate with a team that manages annual patient visits totaling approximately 17,500. - Benefit from being fully integrated with a Level II Trauma Center. - Provide patient care across 20 private beds with daily volumes averaging 47 visits. - Staffed 24/7 with physician coverage and 8 hours of Advanced Practice Provider coverage. - Handle cases in a dedicated trauma room with access to rapid diagnostic imaging. - Ensure seamless care handoff for patients needing inpatient admission to our partner hospitals. - Work with on-site ambulance bay for efficient EMS access.
