This position offers flexible scheduling, strong subspecialty backup, and competitive compensation in a well-supported emergency department with a steady patient flow.

Opportunity Details:

• Location: Marysville, OH
• Contract Type: Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens
• Start Date: February 1, 2025 – Ongoing
• Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
  • Night Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM
• APC Coverage: 12 hours daily (10 AM – 10 PM)
• Minimum Commitment: 4-6 shifts per month
• Practice Setting: Physician-led Emergency Department
• Facility Details:
  • Annual Volume: 20,000 patient visits
  • 113 Hospital Beds | 15 ED Beds
  • No Trauma Designation
  • Subspecialty Backup Includes:
    • Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Catheterization, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Neurosurgery
• EMR System: Epic
• Travel & Lodging: Provided

Patient Load & Flow:

• Admission Rate: 12%

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM Board Certified
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted OH State License & DEA
• Required Certifications for Non-EM Boarded Physicians:
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • PALS (AHA)
  • NRP (Must be maintained until board certified)
