Wellhart is partnering with a Hospital in Florida to place a locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physician for a 60-day assignment starting June 1, 2025. The position involves rotating shifts, including both day and night coverage, across multiple sites.

Start Date: June 1, 2025

Length of Assignment: 60 days Schedule: Rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am), two 8-hour shifts available per day Facility Location: Florida

Provider Needed: Emergency Medicine Physician

Type of Facility: Hospital

Requirements:

• EM Board Eligible after successful completion of accredited Residency, OR

• Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with 3 years of EM experience

• Valid NPI number

• Active DEA license

• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)

• Florida medical license

• ABEM/ABOEM certification

Duties:

• Provide emergency medical care during assigned shifts

• Work at multiple sites as needed

• Handle a variety of emergency cases in a well-equipped facility

Facility Details:

• On-site CT scanner, on-site X-ray capabilities, on-site Laboratory services
