Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
* Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment * Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse * Following the plan of care * Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
* Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License * Physical from within three years * TB Skin Test (PPD)or TB Blood Test (QF) * Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online) * Valid driver's license * G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
