Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Review and prepare comprehensive medical records for assigned patients Implement evidence-based nursing procedures per plan of care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed practitioners Provide timely laboratory and radiology results to practitioners for review Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information Requirements: Minimum 12 months (2080 hours) of LPN experience required Completion of a Hawaii State Board of Nursing-approved curriculum for LPN licensure Active Licensed Practical Nurse (Hawaii) licensure at hire Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute care nursing settings Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software applications Location: Our Medical Offices, Wailuku, HI
