We're seeking Nurse Practitioners (NO PA's) for a flexible PRN 1099 role completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs). for Medicare Advantage members. This is an autonomous, field-based opportunity for clinicians who want strong supplemental income without prescribing, call, or follow-up care responsibilities.
Additional pay includes $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic-only no-shows and a $250 flat-rate paid training .
What you'll do: Complete in-home HRAs; review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors; perform basic physical and mental health evaluations; provide preventive care education; and document visits using a company-provided iPad / EMR platform.

Requirements: Active NP license required. No PAs . Specialties accepted except Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women's Health .
Providers must have reliable personal transportation, be willing to travel locally across multiple counties, and be able to start ASAP if selected.
Medicare/Medicaid enrollment is strongly preferred and, if not already in place, must be completed during credentialing.
Credentialing / onboarding: Current turnaround is approximately 5-7 days .
There is also an incentive bonus opportunity for clinicians who move quickly and complete credentialing and onboarding items within 24 hours of receipt.
Rates for amount of hours given per month: $100 for 50, $105 for 60, $110 for 70, $115 for 80, $120 for 90, $125 for 100
