As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, focusing on rehabilitation and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
• Adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards
• Traveling within assigned territories to provide care

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Current CA OT License
• BLS certification
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Auto Registration
• TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual) vaccinations
• Drug screen and physical clearance
• Need 1 year experience in setting
