Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role $1,424-$1,524 per week

Position Overview: We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Occupational Therapists in providing therapeutic interventions to patients * Help implement treatment plans focused on improving patients' functional abilities * Guide patients through exercises and activities designed to enhance their daily living skills * Document patient progress and collaborate with the care team to adjust treatment plans as needed * Educate patients and their families on techniques for maintaining and improving function * Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients

Qualifications:

* Valid COTA license in Virginia * Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Compassionate and patient-focused approach * Ability to follow treatment plans and work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
