Key Responsibilities: Coordinate resources and activities to ensure seamless delivery of services. Cultivate partnerships with Hospital Departments to drive optimal patient outcomes for adults and geriatrics. Promote customer satisfaction and foster a positive work environment. Evaluate and enhance patient care activities considering growth and development factors appropriate to the age group in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. Report significant changes in the unit, incidents, and personnel matters. Drive Nursing Quality Improvement initiatives on assigned shifts. Essential Requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required. A minimum of three years of experience in the specialty area preferred. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
