Job Title: Operational Logistics Coordinator This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of delivery services. The primary goal is to ensure seamless logistics management, effective communication with team members, and adherence to safety protocols.

Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth delivery processes. Monitor and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery statuses. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Collaborate with delivery associates to address any operational issues or concerns. Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
