Key Responsibilities: Provide thorough and gentle cleaning services to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times Conduct routine screenings and assessments to identify potential oral health issues and recommend preventative treatments Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in dental hygiene, attending training sessions and workshops as needed Requirements: Licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures CPR Certification Preferred Qualifications: Any years of clinical experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation Prolonged periods sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Work Environment: The work environment will involve interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
