Physical Therapist, Pelvic Floor, Oncology Location: UCHealth Harmony Campus 2121, US:CO: Fort Collins Department: PVH Rehab Services At Harmony Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri. Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
We are looking for a pelvic floor therapist with a passion for working with an oncology population at a clinic embedded in the Fort Collins Cancer Center. - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
- Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care to provide various imaging and radiologic procedures
- Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to imaging and/or UCHealth

- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care
- Assess and Diagnose: Conduct Comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Make a tangible difference as you create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
- Educate and instruct Patients: Provide through education to patients and their families: empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well-being.
