Job Summary
Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Duration: 09/16/2025 to 12/16/2025
Assignment Length: 91 days
Schedule: 4-10 hour days/week, weekdays vary, includes Saturday
Patient Care Areas: Outpatient rehabilitation
Procedures: Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, educate on home exercises
Key Requirements
Licensure: Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Experience: Minimum 2 years, 3-5 years preferred
Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
Vaccination: Required
