Seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained BC/BE Trauma Surgeon to join a busy team at a high-volume Level II Trauma Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
Details: The opportunity offers a comprehensive scope of emergency general services, trauma care and acute surgical services within a fast-paced environment 7 Physician 12 APP Team hour shifts per month Unrestricted EGS Night Call Full scope of Trauma role (OR, Rounding, Clinic and Critical Care) 16 Bed CSISU co-managed with Pulmonary Critical Care GS Residency Adjunct role EMR: EPIC
Compensation/Benefits: Competitive base salary of $504,794 Extra shift compensation $50K Signing bonus $15K Moving Allowance Paid malpractice with tail coverage $5K CME annual allowance 403(B) with match
