You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional Medtronic teams and healthcare partners, engage with regional and global stakeholders, and gain exposure across diverse healthcare settings, with occasional travel adding variety and impact to your work.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Lead healthcare consulting and service solution projects focused on strategy development, organizational improvement, and operational efficiencyConsult with c-suite/senior management at hospitals to analyze business challenges, define long-term objectives, and recommend actionable improvementsDevelop and implement solutions to moderately complex and often undefined problems through structured analysis and investigationAct as a primary point of contact for specific projects, engaging with internal teams, customers, and external partnersInfluence decision-making and support alignment through clear communication and stakeholder managementProvide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to colleagues, supporting team capability developmentManage to large projects, coordinating activities and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality and impactThis is a field-based position in Poland that involves approximately 60-70% travel across the region.Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experienceExperience in healthcare consulting, service solutions, strategy, or operational improvement roles. Having worked with a top-tier consulting firm is a significant plus.
