Registered Nurse Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Utilize your leadership skills to meet expectations of OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Provide nursing care to assigned patients, including addressing increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers. Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred. RN License in state of employment or compact required. Additional Requirements: Attend New Nurses Orientation within 30 days of hire. Complete organizational entry competency validation and Perinatal Services-specific competency validation.
