This role requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferably with experience in the related nursing specialty. The nurse must possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities Providing High-Quality Patient Care: The nurse will provide routine and complex care to assigned patients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Assessing Patient Needs: The nurse will assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements. Collaborating with Healthcare Teams: The nurse will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing: Preferably with experience in the related nursing specialty. Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and AWHONN INTERMEDIATE FHM. Licenses and Registrations: Current RN License in the state of employment or compact.
