Do you enjoy providing end of life care and managing an assigned group of patients throughout their end of life care? Are you looking for an opportunity that provides work-life balance? BJC Home Care is looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager for a caseload of 15-20 clients with minimal admissions visits.
