Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI/ML/GenAI solutions to enhance clinical trial efficiency, including patient recruitment, retention, real-time data monitoring, and automated data collection system build. Create and deploy GenAI applications for automated clinical trial documentation generation, encompassing medical reports, clinical study reports, protocols, and patient narratives. Design and develop predictive models and generative AI solutions utilizing diverse healthcare data sources, such as clinical trials data, electronic health records, wearable devices, patient-reported outcomes, HEOR data, and phase IV studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and derive value from AI-driven solutions. Maintain strategic relationships with external subject matter experts to ensure alignment of AI solutions and stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies. Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards. Requirements: Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Demonstrated experience with generative AI technologies, including LLM architectures and frameworks. Experience with natural language processing and generative AI for medical text analysis, generation, and interpretation. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Familiarity with high-computer cloud-based platforms and services, particularly AWS. Understanding of code version control and MLOps deployment approaches. Capacity to comprehend healthcare challenges and adapt AI solutions accordingly.
