Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our team in a Virtual Urgent Care setting. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to provide high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. About the Role: Diagnose and treat patients via telehealth visits, including triage, video visit appointments, and follow-ups as needed

Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) for documentation and charting

Work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 34 patients per hour

Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles and monthly team meetings

Deliver care in alignment with established protocols and standards

Adhere to a rotating schedule, covering 365 days per year

Requirements: Active NP or PA license in the state of New Mexico

Residency in New Mexico

Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification

Nurse Practitioners: FNP certification with 5+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine; family medicine considered

Physician Assistants: 5+ years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine; family medicine considered

EPIC experience preferred; training provided

Strong communication skills, flexibility, and self-motivation

Able to work weekday and weekend shifts
